We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Services. These currently include: Twilio (SMS and voice message delivery), VAPI (AI-powered voice and answering services), and Google (calendar and scheduling integrations). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it solely to provide services on our behalf. None of these vendors are authorized to use your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not share your SMS opt-in status, phone number, or consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Google account data is accessed only to provide calendar and scheduling features within our platform. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond appointment management, and it is never shared with any party outside of the platform.

5. Third-Party Technology Integrations

We use the following third-party platforms to deliver core features of our Services. Each is bound by their own privacy standards and our data processing agreements:

Google (Calendar API): We integrate with Google Calendar to sync appointment data when you connect your Google account. Your use of Google’s services is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.

Twilio: We use Twilio to send and receive SMS messages and phone calls on our behalf. Your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio’s platform in accordance with their privacy and data handling practices.

VAPI: Our optional AI-powered answering service is delivered through VAPI. When you interact with this service, your voice and conversation data is processed by VAPI to generate responses. Calls handled through VAPI may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality and service improvement purposes. You will be notified at the start of any AI-assisted call.

We do not allow any of these providers to use your personal information for purposes other than providing the services described above.
